Needs Analysis
- Define your current and future requirements and critical success factors for the project
- Review your organizational structure, business processes, and critical business issues
- Review your current operational solutions to identify efficiencies and inefficiencies in your existing system
- Review and adjust the list of requirements to help manage the project’s cost and delivery date
Implementation Design
- Align your business requirements to the software solution
- Map out the design of the software modules
- Identify the necessary testing, the parallel processes/tasks that need to be run during implementation and training plans

- Assign the proper resources to the tasks defined
- Intellitec Solutions will monitor and control the quality of the project to ensure success, and report to you on the status of the tasks defined in the project plan
